2020-21 (Freshman): Competed in five bouts ... made collegiate debut against Ohio State ... also competed against Notre Dame.
Before Air Force: Competed for Austin Fencer Club ... coached by Eric Mallet and Ben Parkins ... National Merit semifinalist and National Hispanic Scholar.
Personal: Member of cadet squadron 33 ... son of Abe and Soyoung Choi ... has two younger brothers ... considering biology, chemistry or physics majors ... considering tactical air control party specialist (TACP) or pilot career fields ... Why I decided to come to the Academy: "I wanted to be able to find a way to obtain my degree while at the same time being prepared to serve my country.
