2015-2016: Finished 43rd in individual women’s epee at the DIII NAC in April ... finished seventh at the Amarillo Open in senior women’s epee ... finished 17th at the Nick Toth Open ... 2015: Spent the summer as a volunteer at Camp Able, a camp for children and adults with disabilities, as a counselor, for a week rather than taking leave … took two flying lessons and two simulator lessons in the Cyrrus … spent the first summer period at special operations at Keesler, AFB in Biloxi, MS … on both the commandant’s and athletics’ lists.

2014-15: Competed at the Parker Kickoff Open … finished eighth in the junior (U20) women’s epee event … placed 10th in the senior women’s category … finished 18th in seniors and 10th in junior (U20) at the Amarillo Open.

2013-14: Competed in the 2014 Colorado Cup #3, finishing 19th in senior women’s epee.

Before the Academy: Graduated from Gulf Coast High School ... captained the varsity volleyball team ... AP Scholar with Honor Award (2013), graduated with a 4.94 GPA, member of the Laureate program. Personal: parents are Charla and Chuck McHenry, has two sisters Kate and Emma. “I created a program called “The Friendship Circle” that helped bring our school’s special needs students more into the community.”
