2023-24 (Junior): Earned second-team All-America honors in air rifle and smallbore and was third team in aggregate … earned All-America honors for the third straight year…aggregate season average of 1180.296 was 18th in the nation … in smallbore, placed 17th at the NCAAs (584) and was 20th in the nation with a season average of 585.867 … in air rifle, season average of 594.429 was 19th … competed in every event … matched her career high in smallbore with a 592 at the NCAA Qualifier … season high of 598 in air rifle came against UTEP in the season opener … in air rifle, shot a 595 or higher in eight of the 13 events … shot a 590 or better in smallbore four times … at the PRC conference championships, placed third in aggregate (1185) and sixth in smallbore (590) … earned all-conference honors in smallbore.

2021-22 (Freshman): Second team All-American in air rifle … shot a perfect 600 against TCU to become the second Falcon, and 21st in NCAA history, to do so … shot a season-high 582 in smallbore to help the Falcons win the President’s Trophy at the Academy, Nov. 6 … season best 1178 aggregate at TCU, Feb. 17.
Before the Academy: Lettered in rifle all four years … medaled all four years in the Oregon State Rifle Championships … invited to the Junior Olympics since the eighth grade … member of the National Honor Society … class president for two years … attended the selective NRA Youth Education Summit program … competed in the science fair and received awards both at the state and district level
Personal: Parents are Peter and Brandy Hurley … has one younger brother, Jake, and one younger sister, Alyssa … major is systems engineering … member of cadet squadron 16 … is the flight commander in her squadron … long-term goal is to work in aircraft maintenance … in the summer of 2022, completed Combat Survival Training and the Jump (parachute) program … earned the teal rope as the Force Support NCO … in the summer of 2023, went to France for a training trip, competed at Open Nationals in Georgia, went to Moody AFB for OPS and flew in a HC-130 and traveled to Korea to compete for the USA shooting team at the Junior World Championships … in the summer of 2024, participated in a Cadet Summer Research Program, working with cognitive warfare to improve the minds of future leaders … also served as the flight commander during Basic Cadet Training … also worked as a PEER for second Basic Cadet Training, helping acclimate to military life … hobbies are water coloring, baking, hiking, wake surfing and skiing.
