JUNIOR YEAR | 2023-24: NCAA Qualifier in the 400-meter hurdles for the second-straight season…two-time all-conference honoree…recorded the fourth-fastest 400-meter hurdles time in Air Force history (51.08) during a runner-up performance at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships…helped the Falcons to a 1-2 finish in that event for the second-straight year…named the MW Track Athlete of the Week following a second-place finish at the Colorado Invitational (51.75)…used a time of 51.42 to finish sixth out of 54 runners at the Bryan Clay Invitational…member of the 4x400-meter relay that clocked that third-fastest time in Air Force history (4:08.87) during a top-five finish at the Drake Relays…also ran on the squad that finished second at the MW Outdoor Championships…competed in the 400-meter dash during three indoor meets…scored for Air Force at the MW Indoor Championships, recording the eighth-fastest time in Air Force history (47.50) to finish fifth…opened the season finishing 10th out of 55 sprinters at the UNM Team Open.
SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2022-23: NCAA Qualifier in the 400-meter hurdles…two-time all-conference honoree…clocked the sixth-fastest 400-meter hurdles in Academy history (51.34) during a runner-up finish at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships…helped Air Force sweep the top-two finishes in that event at the conference meet…opened the hurdles season with a 52.12 at the Drake Relays…also ran on the winning distance medley relay at Drake…debuted on the Air Force Top 10 in the indoor 400-meter dash after clocking a career-best 47.66 during the preliminary round of the MW Indoor Championships…matched that time in the final to score for the Falcons (eighth)…also led off the 4x400-meter relay that recorded the 10th-fastest time in program history (3:12.68) during a runner-up finish at the conference meet.
FRESHMAN YEAR | 2021-22: All-conference honoree in the 400-meter hurdles…finished third at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships (52.41) to help Air Force to a pair of podium finishes in that event…debuted on the program’s Top 15 with a career-best time of 52.07 at the Air Force Twilight Open…won the Jack Christiansen Invitational (52.30) and added top-three finishes at the Front Range Open (third) and MW qualifying (second)…ran the third leg of the 4x400-meter relays that clocked the 10th-fastest time in program history (3:10.49) at the Jim Click Shootout and scored for the Falcons at the MW Outdoor Championships…raced once during the indoor season, earning a runner-up finish in the 400-meter dash at the Invitational at the Peak (48.94)…academic all-conference selection.
HIGH SCHOOL: Chiawana High School…member of the state champion 4x400-meter relay in 2019…all-state honoree in the 300-meter hurdles as a senior…named Scorebook Live Washington state athlete of the year in 2021…first-team all-state as an outside linebacker...first-team all-conference linebacker…qualified to the state meet in wrestling…graduated 10th out of 715 students…served as Class President…also served as president of the National Honors Society…earned an associates of arts degree from Columbia Basin College while in high school.
