JUNIOR YEAR | 2013-14: Competed in the 1500-meter and 3000-meter events during the outdoor season...clocked a career-best 3000-meter time of 10:30.50 during a third-place performance at the Jim Click Shootout...that was the fastest time on the team in 2014...won that event at the Air Force Relays...recorded a personal-best 1500-meter time of 4:42.87 at the Ward Haylett Invitational...competed in the mile during five indoor meets...posted a career-best time of 5:17.06 at the Holiday Inn Invitational...ran the 800-meter run at two meets...clocked a career-best 2:31.36 (adjusted for altitude) at the Air Force Team Challenge...also competed in the 3000-meter run twice, posting a personal-best 10:13.19a at the New Mexico Invitational.
SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2012-13: Missed all of the indoor season and the majority of the outdoor season with injury...competed in one meet...clocked a fifth-place time of 4:52.89 (adjusted for altitude) at the Air Force Triangular.
FRESHMAN YEAR | 2011-12: Competed in four different distances during the season...participated in the mile during three indoor meets...clocked a career-best 5:19.59 (adjusted for altitude) at that Air Force Invitational...also competed in the 5000-meter event twice...posted a career-best time of 18:24.05a to finish seventh at the New Mexico Classic...ran on the two-mile relay team that placed third at the Air Force Blue-Silver Open...competed in the 1500-meter distance during two outdoor meets...posted a personal-best 4:52.35a at the Jack Christiansen Invitational...competed in the 5000-meter run at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships (18:33.02a)...also ran the 3000-meter run (10:42.63a) at the Colorado Invitational...ran on the distance medley relay that finished second at the Air Force Relays.
