FRESHMAN | 2018-19: Earned Academic All-Mountain West honors…Had the sixth-fastest 1,000 free (10:43.30) and 1650 free (18:01.12) on the team this season.

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: Lettered all four years of high school, while also swimming club for the Northern Kentucky Clippers…Qualified for the Kentucky High School Swimming State Championships all four years…Holds eight school records…Was also an NSCA Junior National Qualifier…Graduated in the top twenty of her class…Was a member of the National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society…Also a Kentucky Governor’s Scholar Recipient.

PERSONAL: Member of cadet squadron 26…Daughter of Kevin and Kimberly Loesch…Has two siblings, Foster and Sophie…Undecided on a major, but is considering a STEM career…Can walk on stilts and pogo stick…Credits her parents and club coaches as the biggest influences on her swimming career…Both grandfathers served in the military, one in the Army Corps of Engineers, and the other in the US Navy Reserves…Hobbies include swimming, running, hiking, and kayaking…Chose the Academy because “I wanted to be a part of something bigger than myself, and I thought that my values were similar to the Academy’s. I also came for the education and to swim.”
