Currently training at the U.S. Olympic Center as a 2016 Olympic wrestling hopeful. As a high school wrestler, Pami was a two-time Nevada State wrestling champion. He earned his bachelor’s degree in communication studies at Cal Poly where he wrestled in the 157 weight class. During his time as a Mustang wrestler, he was a two-time PAC 12 champion and a two-time All-American wrestler.
Pami furthered his wrestling experience as a freestyle wrestler for Sunkist Kids. He was the 2012 NYAC International Tournament champion, and placed in the 2012 U.S. Olympic trials. Pami is a two-time World Cup team member for 2012 and 2013, and also placed in the 2013 World Team trials.
Pami currently resides in Colorado Springs, Colo. where he trains at the Olympic Training Center and assists with Air Force wrestling.
