Allie Popp joined the Air Force Athletics staff as Assistant Director of Marketing in February 2026. In her role, she oversees marketing strategy and game presentation for volleyball and men’s basketball while also leading the department’s Kid Force program.
Prior to Air Force, Popp served as Assistant Director of Marketing for the Arkansas Razorbacks from 2023-2025. During her time in Fayetteville, she oversaw marketing efforts for volleyball, track & field, swim & dive, and men’s and women’s tennis, while also managing the Junior Razorback program. In addition, she supported the baseball program and assisted with fan experience initiatives for football.
Popp earned her Master’s degree in Sport Management from Northern Illinois University in December 2022. As a Graduate Assistant in Marketing & Fan Experience, she directed game-day operations for football and led marketing, social media, and fan experience efforts for men’s and women’s soccer, women’s basketball, and softball. During her time at NIU, she also worked as a promotions staff member for the Kane County Cougars.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Bowling Green State University in December 2020. During her four years with the BGSU Athletic Marketing department, Popp advanced from volunteer intern to lead intern before serving as Assistant Director of Marketing during her final semester. Her primary sport responsibilities included hockey, football, and track & field. While at BGSU, she also worked with the Toledo Walleye and Toledo Mud Hens organizations.
Raised in a military family, Popp gained a deep appreciation for the armed forces through her father’s 20 years of service in the United States Army and the experiences of growing up in communities across the world. Those experiences shaped her passion for connection and community, making the opportunity to join Air Force Athletics a full-circle moment in her career.
