Brett Nethery began coaching at USAFA as an assistant football strength and conditioning coach in October 2022. Currently, he is a PE instructor at USAFA and continues to serve as an assistant strength coach for the football program.
He earned his bachelor of xcience from the University of Wisconsin in 2017. Before joining USAFA, Brett was an assistant athletic performance coach at Liberty University, working with baseball and men's & women's track and field from May 2018. He also gained experience as a strength and conditioning intern with Louisiana State University Football (2017-2018) and the University of Wisconsin men's & women's track & field and softball (2016-2017).
Brett is a certified strength and conditioning coach with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Originally from Greendale, Wisconsin, Nethery currently resides in Colorado Springs with his wife, Molly, and daughter, Gwendolyn.
