Dan Stoll is in his first season as an assistant coach with the Air Force track and field team, having joined the program in January 2026. A three-time All-American at Heidelberg University, Stoll will oversee the Falcons’ sprints, hurdles and relay squads.
Stoll joined the Academy staff after spending two seasons on the coaching staff at North Park University, where he coached five All-Americans and 15 all-conference selections. Prior to his time in Chicago, Stoll served as a graduate assistant at North Central College, where he coached one All-American and 18 all-conference athletes while overseeing the Cardinals’ horizontal jumpers and men’s sprint squad
As an athlete at Heidelberg, Stoll was a three-time All-American and five-time national qualifier. He collected 11 all-conference honors from the Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) and set school records in the 200- and 400-meter sprints. Stoll was recognized with the school’s Herman E. Sayger Award, which honors the student-athlete who is most likely to succeed beyond their time at Heidelberg.
A native of Milan, Ohio, Stoll earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Heidelberg University in 2021 and received his master’s in human resource management from North Central College in 2023.
