A licensed psychologist, and Founder/CEO of Winning Systems Psychology, PC., Dr. Andrea Wieland’s 25+ career has been focused on performance and health coaching while simultaneously developing systems, process and people for high performance.
Recent positions have included: Director of Wellness at Sensei-Porcupine Creek, Director of Sports Performance at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia where she oversaw Sports Medicine, Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition, Mental Health and Performance and Sports Science for 1,000 athletes and 33 sports teams; and Head of Mental Conditioning at the world-renown IMG Academy with 1100 full-time students athletes across 8 sports from 80+ countries, 26 mental conditioning coaches and 12, 000 year-round campers.
Other high-performance populations with whom Andrea has worked include Special Operations Soldiers, elite and professional athletes, NFL combine athletes, physicians, senior business leaders and their senior leadership teams.
Her accolades include being a12 year veteran on USA Field Hockey Team, 1996 Olympian, World Cup Bronze Medalist, Pan Am Silver Medalist, 2 x All America Student-athlete at the University of Iowa, coach of Division 1 athletes who won National, Big Ten and ECAC Championships.
Dr. Wieland specializes in developing leaders, teams, and performers through an integrated 360- degree approach. Andrea strives to develop confidence and self-mastery so humans can fulfill their greatest dreams and goals and overcome their toughest challenges.
