Dr. Wilma Proctor is the Lifetime Sports Area Coordinator at the US Air Force Academy’s Physical Education Department, responsible for the administration of 11 lifetime courses.
Dr. Proctor received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Horticulture at Iowa State University. She also received her Master of Science Degree in Sport Management from United States Sports Academy, and later at Florida State University, earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Sport Management with emphasis in gender equity and equality in sports.
Wilma Proctor’s professional experience includes over 20 years of middle and upper management in the government of Anguilla’s civil service. In addition, Dr. Proctor coached track and field for over 15 years at varying levels, including collegiate and international level.
