Erin Schneider came to the Air Force Academy in December 2018 and currently works with baseball.
Prior to the Air Force Academy, Schneider served as an athletic trainer for Rampart High School. During this time, she also had the opportunity to volunteer and work with the USOC at the Colorado Springs based Olympic Training Center working with a variety of Para-Olympic and able bodied athletes.
From 2011-2015, Schneider was an assistant athletic trainer at Colorado State University- Pueblo working with Men’s Soccer, Wrestling, Women’s Swim and Dive, Softball, Men and Women’s Lacrosse programs, and Men and Women’s Tennis. While there, she served as Medical Director for the 2012 NCAA Div II Wrestling National Championship, 2015 RMAC Wrestling Championship, and 2015 RMAC Men’s and Women’s Championship tournament.
Schneider received her Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training Education in 2009 from New Mexico State University and her Masters of Science degree in post-professional Athletic Training Studies from California University of Pennsylvania in 2010. Schneider is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (NSCA) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM). She resides in Colorado Springs with her husband Jeremy and her two dogs, Huck and Mad Max.
