Hannah Campbell currently serves as assistant athletic director for development at the United States Air Force Academy Athletic Corporation. In this role, she leads strategic planning for the Falcon Athletic Fund, oversees all communications and marketing efforts tied to fundraising campaigns, and manages premium hospitality for football, basketball, and hockey. Campbell is instrumental in major initiatives such as Giving Tuesday—which generated $1.4 million in just 36 hours from over 3,600 donors—as well as facility renovations, including the East Club presented by L3 Harris at the Kucera Legacy Center and other Olympic sport facilities. She also maintains a portfolio of major gift prospects and works closely with government stakeholders to enhance the cadet-athlete experience.
Prior to joining Air Force, Campbell held leadership roles at LSU’s Tiger Athletic Foundation and Virginia Tech’s Hokie Club, where she built comprehensive marketing strategies and led digital fundraising efforts. She began her career at the Naval Academy Athletic Association, where she increased donor revenue and played a key role in event coordination and donor engagement with the Blue-N*-Gold.
A former NCAA Division I swimmer at UMBC, Campbell holds a B.A. in Media and Communications, and an M.S. in Leadership Studies from Virginia Tech. She is currently pursuing her Ed.D. in Global Sport Leadership at East Tennessee State University, with an expected graduation in 2028. Campbell was also selected to the prestigious NAADD Bobby Purcell Mentorship Program for the 2024–2025 cohort.
