Josh Shultz comes to Levy from Centerplate in Seattle Washington. Josh was born and raised in San Diego, CA. He started his career as a warehouse worker with Centerplate at Qualcomm Stadium when he was 16 years old, working both Chargers and SDSU Aztec games. Josh worked his way through the ranks over the years and was transferred to Seattle in 2013 for a season to get exposure in the baseball operation. The following year, Josh made his way back to San Diego where he was hired by Delaware North to manage the warehouse and purchasing at Petco Park. After spending several years working for the Padres, Josh was provided an offer to come back to Seattle to manage the concessions department. In his time with the Mariners, Josh gained valuable experience managing the warehouse, purchasing, concessions, bars, IT and maintenance departments. Josh has over 16 years of experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry and loves managing large teams and events. He strives to build teams based on respect, kindness, understanding, and passion to provide the best guest experience possible.

Josh and his wife, Meryl, just moved to Colorado Springs in January to escape the rainy Pacific Northwest. They recently welcomed their first child, Emery, into their lives. In his free time, Josh loves to hike, fish, golf, road trip, camp and take his puppy to Palmer Park.
I am excited to join the Levy family and the opportunity to work with the Air Force Academy. I really think our guest will be excited to see all the changes and new F&B offerings we will be offering this season at Falcon Stadium.
