Coach Dittrich is the USAFA Combatives Area Coordinator, overseeing three core graduation requirement courses (PE 110, Boxing, PE 215, Combatives 1, and PE 315, Combatives 2) and two new elective PE courses (PE 347, Self-Protection, and PE 348, Marksmanship), and Course Director for the elective PE class, PE 344, Warrior Enhancement Yoga. She also teaches USAFA core PE classes, PE 315, Combatives 2, and PE 110, Boxing. Coach Dittrich was the first female instructor at USAFA to upgrade in and teach Boxing. Coach Dittrich works closely with the Chief of Training and Instruction for the Air Force Combatives Center of Excellence and Air Force Academy Combatives Area Coordinator, Mr. Dave Durnil, supporting the development and deployment of Air Force Academy curriculum as well as instructor development.
She is a 2nd degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and is a 4x Masters World Champion in BJJ. Coach Dittrich was the number 1 ranked female master 1 competitor in the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF) ranking from 2014-16, and was the number 6 ranked female adult competitor in the IBJJF ranking for the 2015-16 season.
