Shaun Reed enters his second season with Air Force baseball as the Director of Operations & Player Development. In his first year with the Falcons, Reed took on the role of bullpen coach.
Prior to his arrival at the Academy, Reed served for one season as the pitching coach at the University of the Southwest in Hobbs, New Mexico. During his time with the Mustangs, Reed coached his pitchers to 25 wins and 297 strikeouts.
Before his stint at USW, Reed spent two seasons at UCCS as a volunteer assistant, primarily working with catchers.
During his playing years, he pitched for DIII Eastern Nazarene College.
Reed holds a degree in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College and went on to earn his masters in Sports Psychology at the University of the Southwest.
