Thomas Muldoon was promoted to full-time assistant coach effective June of the 2025 season. Following a successful tenure as Director of Operations, Coach Muldoon steps into this role with an impressive background as both a player and coach.

A two-time All-American and three-time All-Ivy selection at Brown University, Muldoon led the Bears to two Ivy League Championships and a berth in the 2009 NCAA Division I Men's Lacrosse Championship. His professional playing experience includes time in Major League Lacrosse (MLL), and his coaching career has included stints at Air Force, Amherst College, and Colorado College.
