PROVO, Utah (AP) - Travis Hansen scored 19 points to lead Brigham Young to a 67-51 victory over Air Force Monday night, extending the nation's longest home-court winning streak to 34.
The Cougars (16-8, 6-5 Mountain West) took a 22-11 lead on a 13-3 run capped by Jared Jensen's three-point play with 11:49 left in the first half.
The Cougars led 39-26 at halftime after shooting 64.7 percent in the first half. They shot 55.9 for the game.
BYU took its biggest lead, 49-30, on a 3-pointer by Jimmy Balderson with 14:45 left.
Air Force (9-14, 3-7) was led by A.J. Kuhle with 19 points, including 6-for-6 from the free-throw line. Lamont Yazzie added 12 points.
Jensen scored 14 points for BYU, including 8-for-8 from the line, and Matt Montague tied a season high with 13 points.
