Coach Calhoun's Press Conference
Air Force opens the 2010 season this week by hosting Northwestern State on Saturday, Sept. 4, at noon in Falcon Stadium. The Falcons are taking on Northwestern State for the first time in school history. Air Force is 14-0 all-time against teams from the Football Championship Subdivision.
Air Force returns 100 percent of its passing, kickoff return and punt return yardage from last year. In addition, the team returns 90 percent of its rushing and receiving yardage. The team is 14-4 at home over the last three seasons which is the second-best three-year mark in school history.
Air Force head coach Troy Calhoun discussed the game and Air Force's season at his weekly teleconference this week at the Air Force Academy.
