Samayoa notched his second goal of the season in the 19th minute with a blast from 25 yards out that beat Penn goalie Max Kurtzman after an Air Force corner kick was cleared by the Penn defense.
Penn's Sam Engs tied the game in the 69th minute, heading in a rebound off a shot by Alex Murphy. Air Force wasted little time in answering as Henry scored 36 seconds later off a throw-in by senior Eric Tise to regain the lead for the Falcons.
Penn outshot the Falcons 14-10, but Air Force held a 5-3 advantage in shots on goal. Alex Frazier led the Falcons with two total shots and five Falcons each had one shot on goal.
The Falcons will attempt to sweep the weekend on Sunday when they face Villanova at Penn Park beginning at 1 p.m. (ET).
