U.S. Air Force Academy, Colo. -- The Air Force rifle team suffered two losses at the hands of the TCU Horned Frogs in Fort Worth, Texas, Nov. 12-13. On Saturday, the Falcons lost 4712-4684, and on Sunday, they lost 4728-4679.

Sophomore Spencer Cap was the Falcons' top individual shooter in both matches with final scores of 1179 and 1175, respectively.

Freshman Logan Ogden shot a career high 594 on Saturday in air rifle. Freshman Kyle Cox also had a career high 567 in the gun. Cap had a season best 585 in smallbore.

The two matches close out the first half of the regular season. Air Force is now 7-4 on the season. On Dec. 2-4, the rifle team will compete in the 2016 Winter Air Gun Championships at the USOC.
