Pride Club announces donor week, Nov. 21-25

U.S. Air Force Academy, Colo. (Nov. 21, 2016) – The Falcon Pride Club and the United States Air Force Academy Athletics Department announced the week of Nov. 21-25 as their second annual Donor Appreciation Week. The Falcon Pride Club, the fundraising arm of the Academy Athletics Department, is celebrating the week and its donors with special events and donor spotlights. The support from Falcon Pride Club donors throughout 2016 has been tremendous, with nearly 1,500 supporters and more than $1.5 million in total annual fund contributions.
Donor Appreciation Week will be highlighted with special thank you notes from Air Force Athletics, spotlights on several generous donors and gifts from The Falcon Pride Club. Seat upgrades will also be offered at Tuesday’s men’s basketball game against Stetson, Friday’s football game against Boise State, and Friday’s hockey game against No. 2 Denver.
Contributions to the Falcon Pride Club have a direct impact on the lives of Air Force cadet-athletes. Current and future donations will continue to provide Air Force’s 27 intercollegiate programs with the resources needed to advance the Athletic Department’s mission of building leaders of character while promoting the Academy to the Nation through athletics.
