
Falcons place 10th at MW Championships

U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. - The Air Force golf team closed out the 2018 season with a 10th place finish at the Mountain West Conference Golf Championships, Sunday, April 22, at the Gold Mountain Golf Club in Bremerton, Wash.
The Falcons shot a three-round, 54-hole team score of 917 with a 305 in round one, followed by a 303 and 309. Air Force finished five strokes ahead of Utah State. UNLV, ranked 24th in the nation, won the team title with an 856 (-4), 11 strokes ahead of Colorado State.
Sophomore Anson Kuznik was the top Falcon and tying for 37th overall with a three-round total of 228 (+12). Junior Andy Germann shot a 231, juniors Tate Tatom and Bryant Falconello came in at 233 and sophomore Joshua Wu shot a 236.
