Air Force Boxing to Hold Open Tryouts

Tryouts will begin at 4:00 p.m., on Thursday, Aug. 8, inside the Cadet Gym Boxing Room.
USAF ACADEMY, Colo. – Air Force head coach Blake Baldi will hold open tryouts on Thursday, Aug. 8, for any Academy cadet interested in joining the Falcons' boxing program. Cadets interested in earning an intercollegiate slot on the Air Force roster should report to the Cadet Gym Boxing Room by 4:00 p.m.

The Air Force boxing team has captured the team title at the National Collegiate Boxing Association (NCBA) Championships 19 times since 1980 – and have placed within the top-two 35 times over the last 39 years.
