
Men's & Women's Diving Sends Four to NCAA Zone E Meet

The Falcons will be competing for a spot in the NCAA Championships
FEDERAL WAY, Wash. – The Air Force Academy men's and women's diving team will send four of its athletes to the 2020 NCAA Zone E competition, set to take place Monday-Wednesday, March 9-11 in Federal Way, Washington.
From the men's side, junior Cole Armagost will be competing in NCAA Zone competition for the second straight season, while for the women, freshman Gabby Peltier, sophomore Cristin von Schlag, and senior Kayla Wofford have all qualified for the first time.
All three dives will be competed over the three days, with day one consisting of the women's 1M and men's 3M. Those dives will then flip on day two, while day three will be all platform competition. Armagost is slated to compete in all three dives, while Peltier will do the 3M and platform, and von Schlag and Wofford the 1M and 3M.
Each dive at each zone is awarded automatic qualifying spots into the NCAA Championships based off last season's NCAA results. Those qualifying sports for Zone E are as follows.
Women's 1M (12), 3M (9), Platform (9).
Men's 1M (4), 3M (7), Platform (6)
Competition will have a prelim round to make an initial cut, followed by the finals round. Competition on each day will begin at 11 a.m. PT. Live and final results can be found at DiveMeets.com.
