Women's Swimming & Diving Welcome in CSU for Senior Day

The Falcons will honor Class of 2021 athletes Kylie Stronko and Lexie DuChene
USAFA, Colo. -- The Air Force Academy women's swimming and diving team are set to host Mountain West and in-state rival Colorado State for a dual Saturday afternoon, Jan. 23, inside the Cadet Natatorium. Saturday will mark Senior Day, as the Falcons will honor a pair of athletes in the Class of 2021.
Saturday's action begins at noon MT. The Senior Day ceremony will take place during the first swimming break, when seniors Kylie Stronko and Lexie DuChene will be honored for their extraordinary AF careers. The meet will closed to the public, but will be streamed live on the AF Falcons YouTube page.
There will be 16 events contested on the day. The event schedule is as follows:
200 Medley Relay
1000 Free
200 Free
100 Back
100 Breast
200 Fly
50 Free
1-Meter
100 Free
200 Back
200 Breast
500 Free
100 Fly
3-Meter
200 IM
200 Free Relay
The last time out, AF dropped a trio of duals to Wyoming and BYU. AF won four individual events over the two days of competition.
This will be the second dual against Colorado State already this season, as the two faced off Dec. 4 in a tri-meet that included Wyoming. AF was victorious over the Rams, 177-123, while winning seven of the 16 events contested on the evening.
Air Force will conclude its jam-packed January next Saturday, Jan. 30, when it hosts Denver in a sprint meet. Action against the Pioneers inside the Cadet Natatorium is set to begin at 10 a.m. MT.
