Air Force Director of Athletics Nathan Pine announced two more home and home football series in future years, featuring Arizona and Texas-San Antonio.
The Falcons travel to Arizona on Sept. 15, 2029 and the Wildcats return the trip Sept. 6, 2031. Air Force is at UTSA Sept. 30, 2028 and host Sept. 11, 2032.
The initial group of future games was announced earlier this year. Air Force plays at New Mexico State, Sept. 9, 2023, and at Baylor, Sept. 7, 2024. The Aggies come to Falcon Stadium, Sept. 13, 2025, while Baylor heads to Colorado Springs, Sept. 18, 2027. Colorado is the first team from a Power 5 conference to visit Falcon Stadium since California in 2004, while Baylor is the first home-and-home series with a Power 5 team since the Colorado series which began in 2019.
"We are pleased to announce two more important future series, including another autonomous 5 matchup," Pine said. "The additions of Arizona and UTSA fit with our five-year approach to get home and home series with an autonomous 5 school and a non-autonomous 5 opponent along with one high exposure game on the road. Arizona and Texas are important recruiting regions for us and they both have strong alumni and Air Force support. We continue to look for ways to best showcase the Academy and our program nationally, while also providing attractive home schedules for our local fans. When we have finalized our high exposure games for 2026 & 2030 we will make those announcements next."
