Calhoun, players meet with media to discuss Colorado State game

Air Force Head Football Coach Troy Calhoun, along with junior inside linebacker TD Blackmon and senior tight end Dalton King, talked with the media today about this week's game at Colorado State. The Falcons take on Colorado State Saturday, Nov. 13, at 5 p.m. MT at Canvas Stadium in Fort Collins.

The Air Force football team is honoring the B-52 Stratofortress with the 2021 edition of the Air Power Legacy Series uniform. The Falcons debuted the uniform for the Navy game earlier this season on the 20-year anniversary of 9-11. The team is wearing them this week to honor the nation's veterans.

Air Force leads the Colorado State series, 36-21-1, including a 25-15 mark in conference games. The Falcons are 15-10 at Colorado State. Air Force has won four straight and 12 of the last 14 in the series. Air Force and Colorado State did not play last season due to COVID, snapping a streak of 42 consecutive years of games dating back to 1978.

Air Force and Colorado State compete each year for the Ram-Falcon Trophy. The 2021 season marks the 41st year of the trophy competition with Air Force holding a 25-15 lead.
