Rifle team lost the Qualifier Match to TCU

U.S. Air Force Academy, Colo. – Air Force lost the NCAA Qualifier Match to TCU, 4677-4712, today in Fort Worth, Texas. Air Force is now 9-8 for the season. The team will now wait for the NCAA Championship Committee to announce the top-eight schools and top individual qualifiers on Feb. 23.
Team Standings (Smallbore): Air Force 2314, TCU 2338. The Falcons' Peter Fiori was the team's top finisher in the match with a 584 score. Devin Schwindt followed with a 579, and Jordan Williams finished the match with a 577. Morgan Kreb finished with a 575, while Ryan Habeck scored a 571. Jordan Williams finished the match with a 577 score.
Team Standings (Air Rifle): Air Force 2363, TCU 2374. Fiori was again the team's top shooter, finishing second in the air rifle with a 597 score. His total score was 1181. Peninah D'Souza followed with a 589 and finished with a total score of 1161. Williams scored a 587 in the rifle and finished with 1164 points. Habeck had a 583 and scored 1154 points, Schwindt followed with a 581 and 1160 points.
