IN THE NATIONAL RANKINGS
Following the release of the first NCAA Coaches' Poll, the Falcons have the wrestlers in the top-33 of their respective divisions. Sophomore standout Wyatt Hendrickson (HWT) ranks sixth in the nation with a 12-0 record so far this season—11 wins coming in bonus point fashion, nine by fall.
Falcon sophomore and 2022 Junior Pan Am Games gold medalist Sam Wolf checked in at No. 30 in the 174-pound division. Wolf boasts a 10-4 record this season with four bonus point wins.
Air Force senior and former Cadet Squadron 4 commander, Sidney Flores, checked in at No. 32 with a 9-6 record this season. Flores had a strong performance at the F&M Open where he won the 133 title after a five-win tear through the tournament.
A LOOK AT THE LANCERS
CBU (0-5, 0-3 Big 12) comes to Clune Arena in search of their first dual meet win of the season. In tournament action, the Lancer's Devin Garcia (125) won the Cyclone Open, Nov. 28. They had three placers in the top-five at the Reno Tournament of Champions.

The Falcons hit the road to take on North Dakota State, Sunday (Jan. 30), in Fargo, North Dakota. Action is slated for 11 a.m. CT in the Scheels Center. NDSU is currently 6-3 overall with a 1-3 mark in Big 12 action. The Bison will host West Virginia a day prior to AF, on Saturday, Jan. 29.
LAST TIME OUT
Northern Iowa outscored Air Force, 27-11, in Big 12 dual action, Friday evening (Jan. 14) in Clune Arena. Air Force 174-pounder No.32 Sam Wolf led the Falcons with a dominant 18-3 technical fall over Dajun Johnson, improving his record to 10-4 with a 1-1 mark in dual action. Giano Petrucelli, a sophomore 157-pounder, was the first to light the scoreboard for Air Force with a 4-1 decision over Kaleb Olejniczak, improving his record to 9-7. In the final bout, heavyweight standout Wyatt Hendrickson, who is ranked sixth in the nation, put up a convincing decision win against a strong Tyrell Gordon. Hendrickson remains undefeated on the season, 12-0.
COVID POLICY
Current Department of Defense and Air Force Academy policies require all individuals, regardless of vaccination status, to wear a mask when indoors in all Academy facilities, including the press box, Blue and Silver Club, suites, elevators and restrooms. All individuals who have not been fully vaccinated must also wear masks outdoors at all times while on the installation. Fans who are fully vaccinated and are not required to wear a mask when outdoors. Anyone with a COVID-19 diagnosis within the previous 10 days, or any symptoms suggestive of possible COVID-19, or a recent close contact with an individual known to be positive for COVID-19 should not come to the stadium. These policies will be constantly evaluated and any changes will be communicated.
