Air Force has 11 players recognized by National Football Foundation Colorado Chapter

Air Force had 11 players selected all-Colorado by the National Football Foundation, Colorado Chapter, according to a release by the organization.
Senior fullback Brad Roberts led six Falcons selected to the first team. The Mountain West offensive player of the year had a school-record 1,612 yards rushing, which ranked third in the nation. The offensive line, which led the way for Roberts, had two members named to the first team in senior All-American Isaac Cochran and junior Everett Smalley. Sophomore kick Matthew Dapore rounded out the offensive first-team selections for Air Force. Senior outside linebacker Vince Sanford and senior defensive lineman Christopher Herrera were each named to the first-team defense.
Five Falcons were selected to the second team, led by senior quarterback Haaziq Daniels, senior wide receiver David Cormier and senior inside linebacker TD Blackmon. Junior defensive backs Trey Taylor, a second-team all-MW selection, along with Camby Goff earned second team honors.
Air Force completed the regular season 9-3 overall and finished second in the Mountain Division with a 5-3 mark. The Falcons won their record 21st Commander-in-Chief's Trophy and first since 2016 this season. Air Force defeated Navy, 13-10, Oct. 1, and Army, 13-7, Nov. 5 in the Commanders' Classic in Arlington, Texas.
Air Force concludes the season by taking on Baylor from the Big 12 in the Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl in Fort Worth, Texas, on Thursday, Dec. 22, at 5:30 p.m. MT. Please visit Bowl Central on the Air Force website for more information or by clicking here.
