Air Force Falls At #51 Denver

DENVER - Air Force women's tennis fell to #51 Denver, 4-0, on Sunday at Denver Tennis Park. The setback snapped a three-match win streak for the Falcons, who fell to 10-2 on the season.

Denver took the doubles point with a pair of wins at No. 1 and No. 2 singles. The No. 3 doubles match was unfinished with the score tied at 4-4.

In singles, the Falcons fell at No. 2, 3 and 6 singles. The Falcons had won the first sets in the unfinished matches at No. 4 and No. 5 singles and were in position to tie up the No. 1 singles match when Denver clinched.

Air Force returns to action Wednesday March 9 at Colorado.
