Joe Scott recapping the Concordia game:
"Obviously, we didn't play well. I just said to our guys that its all about competitiveness. This group, these sophomores and these seniors need to understand its not all basketball, but its all about competitiveness. It's having that mindset that every time it's me against you. And I'm beating you and having another guy right next to me that's going to do the same. It's me against you and I'm beating you every possession. Whether it's offense, defense, we just happen to be playing basketball, but it's a it's about competitiveness. We're on this trip to learn how we can be more competitive. Can our guys look at themselves and learn to some how, some way, to understand that. Figuring out how to compete. That would be the number one thing to get out of this trip for us."
Air Force is off from competition tomorrow. The Falcons return to action against McGill University on Saturday, Aug. 3, at 1 pm ET. The game will also be played at Champlain Gym on the campus of Champlain College in Saint-Lambert, Quebec.
