Falcons beat Ohio State in home rifle dual

U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. – The Air Force rifle team defeated Ohio State in a dual meet at the Cadet Rifle Range, Sunday, Nov. 16. Air Force won both the smallbore and air rifle, winning the meet 4690-4672.
Senior captain Victoria Leppert was second in aggregate (1174), while William Steen and Prisha Thomas tied for third with an 1170. Leppert and Thomas tied for second in smallbore, each with a 582.
Air Force took the top two spots in air rifle. Sophomore Lily Wytko and junior Megan Torrence each shot a 595. Leppert and Steen each shot 592.
The Falcons return to action with a pair of matches at Nebraska, Nov. 22-23, in Lincoln, Neb.
