Air Force Opens WCC Men’s Water Polo Tournament Against #9 San José State

Air Force men's water polo (17-14) opens the 2025 West Coast Conference Men's Water Polo Tournament against #9 San José State on Friday, Nov. 21 at the Cadet Natatorium. The Falcons enter the tournament as the seven-seed and SJSU as the two-seed.
The winning team moves on to the semifinals on Saturday, Nov. 22 at 1 pm, and will take on the winner of the #5 Santa Clara vs. #3 Pepperdine game.

Every game of the tournament will be televised on ESPN+

Series: SJSU leads 5-4
Last Meeting: San Jose State won 14-9 on Nov. 2 at the Academy.

Air Force was eliminated by San Jose State 16-4 on Nov. 22 in Stockton, Calif.

Air Force is guaranteed a winning season for the fourth time in the last five seasons. The last time that happed was back in 2000, when the Falcons were above .500 in six out of seven years.

Juniors Tom Leggett and Jack Richards were named to the 2025 All-WCC Men's Water Polo Team. Leggett earned first-team honors for the third straight season. Richards earned honorable mention honors.
