Air Force Wraps Day Two at SMU Invite

DALLAS, Texas – Men's swim and dive ended the second day of the SMU Invitational in fifth out seven teams, scoring 190 on Thursday afternoon at the Robson & Lindley Aquatic Center. Stanford shifted into top spot with a score of 377.

With a time of 52.51, an NCAA cut, Tanner Wilson took fourth in the 100 breast, while Bridon Rosales (53.43) finished behind in ninth.

Camden Swigart took the highest finish for the Falcons in the 400 IM at 3:48.27 for sixth place. Behind him was Matthew Doty in eighth place after touching the wall at 3:49.98.

In the 100 fly, James Winterfield placed seventh in the A final with a time of 47.13.

On the 1-meter springboard, Lucas Gerten earned a score of 283.50 to take eighth, while Jack Roby rounded out the top ten after scoring 263.85.

Clocking a time of 1:36.46, Joe Christ finished in 16^th in the 200 free, the highest finish of the event for Air Force.

The 200 free relay team comprised of Christ, Jordan Falls, James Winterfield, and Tyler Surratt claimed eighth with a combined time of 1:20.23.

Invitational action will resume on Friday November 20 at 10 a.m. CT (Prelims) and 5 p.m. CT (Finals).
