Air Force Men's Swim & Dive Concludes Time at SMU Invite

DALLAS, Texas – Air Force men's swim & dive concluded their time at the SMU Invitational in fifth place, scoring 366.5 on Saturday afternoon at Robson & Lindley Aquatic Center.

James Winterfield locked in a sixth-place finish with a time of 1:45.35 in the 200 IM, while Camden Swigart finished at 1:46.04 in 11^th.

After swimming a1:45.05 200 back, Louie Body claimed tenth place and was joined by Garrett Kennedy (1:46.21) and Dylan Ferguson (1:47.67) in 12^th and 13^th, respectively.

In the mile free, Tucker Rice clocked a time of 15:36.22 to place 14^th. Teammate Tyler Surratt was just behind in 15^th at 15:36.89.

Senior Danny Detjen touched the wall at 1:48.15 to take 14^th in the 200 fly. Evan Witte followed at 1:52.67 for 16^th place.

With a time of 44.09, Joe Christ finished highest for Air Force in the 100 free, in 15^th place, with Jordan Falls in 17^th with a time of 44.20.

Air Force will return to the water on Saturday December 13 in Sarasota, Fla., at the CSCAA Open Water National Championships.
