Air Force Wrestling Downs CSU Pueblo in Season Opening Dual, 27-15

USAF ACADEMY -- Air Force won six matches to outscore CSU Pueblo in the 2025-26 dual slate opener, 27-15, Sunday afternoon in Clune Arena. Four Falcons won with bonus points in the home opener.

C3C Brian Burburija and C4C Karson Tompkins led the charge with falls in the respective divisions. Tompkins, the 19th-ranked 197-pounder in the nation, pinned his opponent in just 96 seconds. C3C Carter Nogle posted a technical fall (22-7) at 141, while senior team captain Bryce Shelton posted a major decision (17-6) at 149.
