Richard Li Places Eighth at FIE Junior World Cup In Slovakia

Freshman Richard Li of Air Force fencing took eighth place at the International Fencing Federation (FIE) 2025 Junior World Cup, held Nov. 28-30, in Samorin, Slovakia.

Li placed eighth out of a field of 242 of the world's best competitors in the Junior Men's Foil. The Southborough, Mass., native opened with four wins in pool competition. He then proceeded to earn four wins in the direct elimination bracket, making the quarterfinals.
