Ethan Taylor Named To All-Mountain West Men’s Basketball Team

USAF ACADEMY, Colo. - Ethan Taylor of Air Force men's basketball has been named to the 2025 All-Mountain West Men's Basketball Team, announced today by the conference office. Taylor, a senior guard, was named to the third team.
Taylor (Houston, Texas) is Air Force's leading scorer, averaging 13.6 points per game. He ranks first in the Mountain West with 91 three's made and is 16th in the nation in minutes per game (34:31). His 91 three's is second-most in a season at Air Force and his 54 three's made in MW play is a new school season record in the MW era.
In his second season as co-team captain, Taylor is the first player in program history with 1,000 career points, 500 rebounds and 300 assists. He is also the school record-holder with 120 career starts. He is also the first player in program history to record a triple-double, doing so as a freshman in 2021.
Air Force, playing as the 11-seed, opens the 2025 Credit Union 1 MW Men's Basketball Tournament against UNLV, the six-seed, on Wednesday March 12 at 4 pm PT. The game will be streamed on the MWN and broadcast on XtraSports 1300 AM.
