U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. – Senior Cameron Kahle led the Air Force golf team in the final round at the El Macero Classic, Sunday, April 13, El Macero, Calif.
Kahle shot 74 (+2) on the final day and finished the tournament with a 222 (+6) to tie for 26th overall. Junior Brooks Morrell shot a 79 in the final round and tied for 44th overall at 226. Sophomore Eli Huntington came in at 227, followed by Ted Davenport (230) and Carson Baker (237).
UC San Diego won the tournament with an 865 (+1). St. Mary's was second (866) and Pacific was third (867). Air Force finished 15th at 904.
Air Force closes out the regular season at the Mountain West Championships, April 25-27, at the Emerald Valley Golf Club in Creswell, Ore.
