Senior Mira Vestel of Air Force fencing competed at the BladeRunner Regional Open Circuit, held at the Liontree Arena in La Jolla, Calif.
Vestel finished in eight place out of a field of 65 in the Div. I-A women's saber. Vestel earned three wins the direct elimination bracket, reaching the quarterfinals.
The Falcons return to action at the October NAC in Salt Lake City, Oct. 3-6.
