
Andrei Bulankou Earns Academic All-WAC Honors

ARLINGTON, Texas – The Western Athletic Conference (WAC) announced on Wednesday the 2025 Academic All-WAC honorees for fall sports, with a total of 317 student-athletes across six sports recognized. Air Force sophomore and co-team captain Andrei Bulankou earned the honor of Falcon men's soccer.
Bulankou, starting in all 16 matches of the season, played for every minute but one of the 2025 campaign.
To be eligible for the honor, a student-athlete must have completed at least one academic year, have at least a 3.2 cumulative grade-point average and have participated in at least 50 percent of the team's contests.
Of the six fall sports included, the WAC football playing members who compete in the United Athletic Conference led the way with 89 total honorees. Women's soccer was second with 64 honorees and men's soccer was third with 49 total student-athletes recognized.
