
Tanner Wilson Wraps up NCAA Championships

ATLANTA, Ga., - Sophomore Tanner Wilson wrapped up his stint at the 2026 NCAA Men's Swimming and Diving National Championships on Friday morning at the McAuley Aquatic Center.
The Sumner, Wash., native clocked a time of 1:54.58 in the 200 breast to place 28th and win his heat for his best national finish.
"Tanner finished a spectacular season with some strong swims at the NCAA Championships as he was right on his time from the MPSF Championships," said head coach Rob Clayton. "It was great to watch him win his heat in the 200 breast and now he realizes he can compete at this level. He is excited to come back and score at this meet!"
On Saturday, James Winterfield will compete in the 200 IM, with prelims beginning at 10 a.m. ET and finals at 6 p.m. ET.
