LAS VEGAS – Senior Arianna Van Houweling and sophomore Shivaani Selvan of the Air Force Women's Tennis team were recognized on Tuesday evening as 2026 All-Mountain West honorees. Both Falcons were selected as one of eight duos across the league to be awarded an All-Doubles nod, while Van Houweling added an All-Singles superlative to a healthy list of career honors.
Van Houweling/Selvan enter postseason play sporting a 22-8 record in 2025-26, are 14-6 in duals and have a 9-2 record against Mountain West pairings. The Air Force duo enters tournament play this week defending a four-match win streak.
As a singles competitor, Van Houweling sits at 21-6 while holding a 12-3 dual mark and is currently riding a five-match win streak. The senior went 8-2 against Mountain West opponents in 2025-26, winning six matches in straight sets.
The collection of awards for Van Houweling represents her first All-Singles award, the second consecutive season to be recognized as an All-Doubles honoree and is the first Falcon to earn spots on both lists since Vivian Glozman earned both in 2022. Selvan notches her first career all-league honor with the award.
