Eli Huntington to compete in the Stephens Cup

U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. – Air Force senior Eli Huntington has been selected to compete in the Jackson T. Stephens Cup, Sept. 14-16, at Fields Ranch East at PGA Frisco in Frisco, Texas.
Huntington, from Camas, Wash., was named the team MVP last season and is the team captain of the 2026-27 Falcons. He played in all 33 rounds last season and led the team with a 74.70 season stroke average. He tied for the team lead with eight rounds at or under par and was the top Falcon in four of the 11 tournaments during the 2025-26 season. A systems engineering major, Huntington was also selected as a Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar (Golf Coaches Association of America) as both a sophomore and junior.
Huntington is the sixth Falcon to compete in the event, joining Colter Baca (2021), Isaac Layne (2022), Aaron Kuznik (2023), Cameron Kahle (2024) and Brooks Morrell (2025).
The Jackson T. Stephens Cup is back for its sixth year. The Jackson T. Stephens Cup (JTS Cup) is an annual collegiate golf tournament honoring the legacy of the late Jackson (Jack) T. Stephens, former Chairman of Augusta National Golf Club and a lifelong advocate for the game of golf. Established in 2021 by Warren A. Stephens, Jack's son, the premier three-day event features a combination of stroke play and match play, showcasing NCAA Division I men's and women's teams that contend for national championships, along with standout individuals from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and U.S. military service academies. The JTS Cup also gives these players the opportunity to showcase their talents to a national audience with televised daily coverage on GOLF Channel.
