Air Force Men’s Tennis Welcomes Class of 2030

Air Force men's tennis welcomes seven freshmen that comprise the class of 2030, announced today by head coach Evan Urbina. The group comes to the Academy as the ninth-ranked mid-major recruiting class by TennisRecruting.net.
All seven freshmen come to the Academy with at least a three-star ranking, led by a pair of five-stars from North Carolina in Sebastian Mazur (Durham) and Muyang Li (Cary). Air Force has a pair of four-stars in Daniel Tonkal (Mason, OH) and Jaden Woller-Li (Naperville, IL). Gavin Maddan (Murrieta, CA) and Kai Stolaruk (Huntington Beach, CA) are a pair of three-stars from California.

"This year, we are excited to welcome seven cadet-athletes to Air Force Tennis. After graduating three exceptional leaders in Jack Brown, Phillip Deaton and AJ Moore, this large group brings new energy and competition to push our five returning players and help shape the next four years (and beyond) of our program.
All seven bring outstanding character and work ethic. Sebastian Mazur, Daniel Tonkal and Jaden Woller-Li bring power and attacking ability, while Muyang Yi and Caleb Chow add excellent ball-striking and feel. Gavin Maddan and Kai Stolaruk bring toughness in the ground game, and everyone will bring a team-first and growth-oriented mindset.
We believe competition is an incredible vehicle for developing Air Force officers, and I'm excited to see this group embrace any adversity we face, inspire and motivate each other, and leave a legacy for future teammates. I know the entire team, including the coaching staff, is grateful for the opportunity here. Go Falcons!"
Caleb Chow - Kingston, Jamaica (True North Classical Academy (Miami, FL))

Kai Stolaruk - Huntington Beach, CA (Edison)
2026 Tennis Recruiting three-star recruit … also competed with the Vikings of USTA Team Tennis, earning two SoCal Junior Team Tennis Section Championships … two-time team MVP, Hall of Fame Inductee, Golden Key Winner of the Athletics and Edison HS 2026 Most Inspirational Athlete … helped lead Edison to 2023 Wave League Championship … earned four varsity letters … 3x CIF team quarterfinalist and Sunset League finalist for doubles and singles … also lettered three years in beach volleyball, going undefeated for two straight seasons and was part of third ranked 2-man team in the Orange County Volleyball League.
