JUNIOR YEAR | 2021-22: Recorded the seventh-fastest 10,000-meter time in Academy history with a 29:12.95 finish in event debut at the Stanford Invitational…that time reset the program’s Junior Class Record by more than a second…added a runner-up finish in that event at the Drake Relays (29:36.19)…debuted on the program’s all-time standings in the 5000-meter run during both the indoor (14:10.11 at Iowa State Classic, No.17) and outdoor (14:02.22 at Mt SAC Relays, No. 19) seasons…added an Air Force Top 25 time in the 3000-meter run after clocking an 8:06.53 (adjusted for altitude) at the Colorado Invitational (No. 21).
SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2020-21: Did not compete.
FRESHMAN YEAR | 2019-20: Competed in two meets...recorded a mile time of 4:32.52 (adjusted for altitude) in collegiate debut at the Potts Invitational...competed in a 3000-meter race at the Colorado Invitational, posting a time of 8:41.17a.
MAJOR CROSS COUNTRY HIGHLIGHTS: Earned all-region and first-team all-conference honors as a senior…finished 15th at the NCAA Mountain Regional and third at the Mountain West Championships that year…Falcons’ No. 2 runner at the 2022 NCAA Championships, placing 49th overall and helping the men to a seventh-place team finish…member of back-to-back MW championship teams…earned second-team all-MW honors as a junior.
