Experience Diving at the Academy
Air Force Diving Camp gives young athletes the opportunity to train in the Cadet Natatorium at the United States Air Force Academy while learning from experienced diving coaches.
Campers work on the physical, technical and mental aspects of diving through pool instruction, dryland training and video analysis.
The goal is to help each diver improve technique, gain confidence and continue developing the fundamentals needed for future success.
Feet Above Sea Level
Train in the Cadet Natatorium in one of the most unique collegiate diving environments in the country.
Two Diving Experiences
Both sessions provide the complete Air Force Diving Camp experience for athletes ages 10–18.
Air Force Diving Camp
Session 1 provides divers with a full week of technical instruction, dryland development and pool training.
Campers work on diving fundamentals, body position, takeoffs, entries and skill development while receiving feedback from experienced coaches.
Video analysis and dryland training provide additional tools to help athletes understand and improve their technique.

Air Force Diving Camp
Session 2 offers another full-week opportunity for divers to experience the Air Force Diving training environment.
Campers continue developing fundamentals, current dives and overall consistency through pool instruction and dryland training.
Athletes receive technical feedback designed to help them develop confidence while continuing their progression in the sport.

Important Camp Information

Camp Ages
Both Air Force Diving Camp sessions are designed for athletes ages 10–18.
Boarder Age
Campers staying overnight must be at least 12 years old.
Camp Location
Diving Camp is conducted in the Cadet Natatorium at the United States Air Force Academy.
Video Analysis
Campers have access to video-analysis technology to support technical instruction and development.
Dryland Training
An adjacent dryland training area provides additional opportunities for diving skill development.
Equipment
Campers should bring appropriate swimsuits, towels, athletic clothing, training shoes and a personal water bottle.
